The skies above Dubai will shine brilliantly by virtue of
the first Festival of Lights. Emaar along with the city of Lyon started the
primary event yesterday, which can be set to take centre-stage in Downtown
Dubai until March 29.
"We welcome you today to the Dubai Celebration of Lights
in its first-ever version, in which more than 30 artwork parts will probably
take the place," said Ahmed 's Matroushi, managing director of Emaar builders.
"I would like to thank our associates from the town of Lyons and also the
Emaar staff their contributions."
